Why this one
Almost every image I save is aimed outward. Made to be seen, and good at it.
This one is turned in on itself, and I am still not entirely sure I was meant to be looking. Whatever is happening is happening on the inside and it is not mild. That is what kept me at it for weeks.
The gold she is set against is real gold leaf, not paint. There is no gold in oil paint.
