Why this one
She gives away less here than in any of the other three, and that is why I kept coming back.
There is something in this canvas I never managed to identify. I stopped trying somewhere in the second week and painted it anyway. It is still there, and I suspect it will bother you in the same order it bothered me: first as a detail, then as a question.
